I don’t like your app it’s too confusing. Thanks me all over the place and you were not able to edit. My address is wrong and I wasn’t able to edit it. I had to give the driver the instructions.

it forces you to create an account and it trashed your cart. very frustrating. also no way to submit a report or contact support in any way within app.

Never populated my order or information when trying to check out. Based on the number of comments here, the stars seem like fake reviews. Coincidentally the price was going to be significantly less than if I would have ordered on their normal app.

This driver was late in the delivery. She didn’t send a message or notify me that she would not be on time. I have charges that shouldn’t be there as a member of Instacart and have been offered a ridiculous $5 credit. Fees: $10.99 service fee, $2.99 delivery fee, plus tip. The agent says all of the supervisors are in a meeting on Labor Day! Weird! 
I’m waiting for a supervisor to call me back, supposedly within an hour. I specifically used Ralph’s because Amazon had a later delivery time. We planned the delivery around our afternoon outing and now the item we planned to take is not available. My biggest complaint is a $5 credit doesn’t even cover the fees that l should not have incurred, the driver never sent me a message or bothered to call stating that she was running late. It turns out she is Spanish speaking which is fine, but she should be given the information to translate. This is a multi million dollar if not billion dollar company. I want to be refunded for the fees, the bill and my time wasted on the phone for 1/2 hour where this hasn’t been resolved. CUSTOMER SERVICE is what we pay for every year. I pay on time and want to be compensated. Angry customer.

I’m home with Covid. I placed my order and received couple of my items wrong. My watermelon was bad. Just alittle disappointing.

My order was filled promptly and early!  My shopper made appropriate replacements and my order was complete.  I appreciate the convenience.

Ariana was very friendly and helpful. If a product was unavailable she messaged me asking if the substitute was ok.

The groceries were carefully bagged and arrived in a timely manner.
