## What is RAM Assist?

RAM Assist offers an easy to use drive management app as well as an online software solution for businesses to better manage company vehicles and the workforce.

The mobile app allows employees to send instant app submissions such as:

•	Location Check Points 

•	DVIR Checks

•	Fuel Purchases & Receipts 

•	Accident Reports and Breakdown Notifications 

•	Mileage Logs

•	Expense Claims


The RAM Assist web portal allows fleet managers to manage key tasks such as:

•	View all app submissions made in the field on a detailed map view, using GPS location points from each app submission. Filter app submissions by driver, vehicle, date, and type for a visual display of all field-based app activity. Use the alerts features to receive notifications on any of the app submissions made by specific or all drivers. 

•	Service, Lease, Breakdown Cover, Insurance, renewal and reminder notifications (plus custom reminders based on other key dates)

•	Manage expenses

•	Attach vehicle files and documents to each vehicle in a vehicle file storage folder to help manage and retrieve key documents on demand.

### 1/5 — App not working reliably

Very poor experience with the RAM Assist app.
For over a week I have been unable to select the van I am driving. The app simply does not connect or respond properly.
This is now affecting my work, as management expects updates but the system is not functioning. I have repeatedly tried to resolve the issue with no success. 
The app needs urgent fixing reliability is critical for field staff. At the moment it is causing unnecessary stress and operational problems.

Unable to upload this app , takes me up to the page where I agree terms and conditions then the page freezes and does not allow to to progress any further .
