J'ai réserve mon billet sur la RAM vis American Airlines. En effet, la qualité n’était pas au niveau et des fois le personnel se mélangeait ; tu demandes du poulet mais quand tu ouvres la boîte tu trouves du bœuf. C’était arrivé à moi et deux voyageurs à côté de moi. Par ailleurs, j’ai trouvé l’emballage d’un coussin ouvert et il manquait la couverture.
