Whether you’re out adventuring in your Ram vehicle, relaxing in the comfort of your home or just about anywhere else, the new Ram app lets you stay in touch and helps you stay in control of your vehicle like never before. Need to contact your dealer? No problem, simply use the My Dealer feature to find your preferred dealership’s address, schedule service appointments, or call them directly with the touch of a button. Easily access your vehicle’s info—including the owner’s manual, service history, and more—with the My Garage and Digital Glovebox features. And stay up to date on open recalls using the Recall Alert so you’re always one step ahead. If your vehicle is equipped, you can remotely start or stop your vehicle+, lock or unlock the doors and activate the horn or exterior lights. You now have access to more services than ever, ranging from entertainment to available Navigation, safety and security and more, all combining to provide new levels of convenience and the peace of mind you deserve.

Somewhat functional. Not all features are available, such as the smartphone as a key option that came with the truck. The maps and trip data often times don’t update for weeks, or simply run weeks behind. When things work, it is a fairly useful app.

I know they are able to fix this glitch which is preventing me from getting into my truck. About 4 times I was locked out of my truck for 30 plus minutes in Phoenix heat. I’m hoping they see this and look into it. Other than that I use the app and it works well. 
I’m not sure how to use the WiFi either it’s unclear. Thx

Sick and tired of the app turning off the face security feature. Been happening for years they claim they are working on it. Here we are 5 years later and still doing it. Over it

Boy I’m sure glad you guys responded to this problem and working on a solution. Stupid app keeps turning off the facial recognition. Tired of it, how hard can it be for you his to fix the issue???

It’s great for the command start feature. Sometimes when I’m at an appointment or somewhere where I have to park far away, my command start still works, as well as the lock/unlock feature, especially if I can’t remember if I locked the doors or not, as well as if someone forgot something in my truck I can unlock it for them from anywhere in the world. The vehicle health is also great, and I have a 16 year old new driver and I can set a boundary, or speed limit to get a notification, as well as gos location so I know where he is at all times. All around love the app! A bit on the expensive side, but worth it in my opinion

I’ve always liked this app, always buggy but ok for the most part. I I do wish it had more features to control different options like windows, HVAC. Maybe in the future. What brings me here today is what’s going on with the digital glove box. No matter what you click on it all brings you to watch & learn. Please fix.

Signed up for the uconnect and all that. Still don’t have the automatic start feature for whatever reason. It tells me that it’s available but when I go to add it to my “Home Screen” on the app it’s not there. Only the “Fan” “Unlock” and “Lock” show “On” or the “Off” button are non existent.

It sure feels like Ram is trying to compete with Jaguar for the worst electronics. This 2025 Tungsten just doesn’t work with many key features I was sold on to purchase the truck. The digital has never worked, no matter what combination I try, even parking underneath an AT&T tower, it never creates the digital key. 

The remote features sometimes don’t work at all, even though I’m paying for the nearly $300/year service. 

Finally, the truck just alerts all the time for trailer brakes and proximity sensors. While the dealer says there is nothing wrong. I can’t believe they had the gall to sell this thing for nearly $100K. Seriously considering making the dealer take it back on lemon law in my state.

I recently traded in my Tremor and got a 2026 Rebel. I love the truck, but the app is horrible. It never saves any of the remote command presets, fails at least 50% of the time if I try to start my truck, and it’s nearly impossible to pair the digital key. Not much you can do about it besides use your actual key since there isn’t a 3rd party app. Ram should really consider contracting the app development to a company that knows what they’re doing.
