Sold it some years ago when I bought my 2019 Ram. This app is very helpful and convenient. The issue I have is somehow my old 2003 suddenly got added to my app. Why is Ram adding a vehicle that no longer belongs to me?! There does not appear to be a way for me to remove it! Fix this! Someone else owns this truck. I should not have this truck listed in My Garage. ### 2/5 — Digital Key *2026-08-31, version 1.99.704* Had an issue and needed to reinstall digital key. Follow process to delete digital key. It’s been deleting key for a month with no answer in sight. The app is up to date and it still stops working. ### 3/5 — Good App, but Reliability Needs Improvement *2026-08-28, version 1.99.704* I’m giving the Ram app 3 stars because I like the overall design and the features it is supposed to provide, but the reliability needs improvement. My biggest issue has been with the Digital Key feature. My 2025 Ram 1500 Limited is equipped to support Digital Key, and the dealership has completed the applicable software update/TSB, but the Digital Key option still does not appear in my app. This has been frustrating, especially considering this is a feature the vehicle is supposed to support. I also regularly experience lag when using remote commands. Sometimes a request will not send to the truck at all until I completely close and restart the app. Once restarted, the same command will often work as expected. The overall design of the app is good, and I like having vehicle information and remote controls in one place. The problem is that features like remote commands and Digital Key need to work consistently. For a connected vehicle app, reliability is just as important as design. There is a lot to like here, but right now it feels like a good app that still needs some refinement to consistently deliver the functionality Ram advertises. ### 3/5 — Digital key *2026-08-27, version 1.99.704* Everyone seems to be getting the digital key accept me when will it be out for everyone not just select people. The maps and trip data often times don’t update for weeks, or simply run weeks behind. About 4 times I was locked out of my truck for 30 plus minutes in Phoenix heat. I’m hoping they see this and look into it. Other than that I use the app and it works well. I I do wish it had more features to control different options like windows, HVAC. Maybe in the future. What brings me here today is what’s going on with the digital glove box. Still don’t have the automatic start feature for whatever reason. It tells me that it’s available but when I go to add it to my “Home Screen” on the app it’s not there. Only the “Fan” “Unlock” and “Lock” show “On” or the “Off” button are non existent. ### 1/5 — Clunky and Several Glitches. *2026-08-22, version 1.99.704* I just downloaded the app for my 2020 Ram and have been trying it out today. Here are all the problems: - Box at bottom says “connecting” and constantly spins - All of the remote functions are extremely slow. It’s not a connection issue with my phone. I turned the horn on and that was a mistake. It wouldn’t shut off! The buttons were molasses slow to respond. - Find Dealer is broken. The map will find nothing. No matter what you search it will find nothing. - The map shows exactly where my truck is but the app says vehicle can’t be found - Service history data is pretty spotty - No place to find help with the app ### 4/5 — WiFi *2026-08-22, version 1.99.704* The truck Internet WiFi would be great if you could link your phone to it. But once your phone links to Car Play via wifi, then you can't use the vehicle internet. Makes no sense. I just feel it’s too expensive for what little you can do with it. Remote start, lock/unlock, panic button. A few settings in case you let your kids drive it that’ll let you know if they go outside a boundary or over a certain speed. That’s about it. Not worth 180.00. Lately it’s been acting really odd. Not telling me if the truck started or the doors locked. Using facial recognition it does it twice back to back for some reason now. This app has some bugs and they need fixed. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Exspensive *2026-08-31, version 1.99.704* The app has so many tiered service options. You could easily drop 500 a month on this. I had remote start and maps. I disabled renew when I saw the price increases. It’s simply not worth the money for a sub par app experience. In order to see any info for my Ram truck, I have to log onto the website. Nothing is carried over to the Ram app. I can no longer see any warranty info or previous service info in the app anymore. Uconnect radio inside truck is ready to go. The only thing preventing this feature is this app and the developers refusal to integrate it. ### 1/5 — Irritating *2026-08-25, version 1.99.704* Bought my truck 3 months ago, I have called the customer service hotline multiple times to setup app and get connected services. They have directed me to an email to complete registration, when signing in multiple times, the website goes to a white page, doesn’t let me sign up for supposed connected services, and the application simply says call a customer service representative. I’m not entirely sure what the run around is supposed to be about, but I would honestly not recommend either buying or using the connected services, and the application. ### 1/5 — Face Security *2026-08-24, version 1.99.704* Sick and tired of the app turning off the face security feature. Been happening for years they claim they are working on it. Here we are 5 years later and still doing it. Over it Boy I’m sure glad you guys responded to this problem and working on a solution. This 2025 Tungsten just doesn’t work with many key features I was sold on to purchase the truck. The digital has never worked, no matter what combination I try, even parking underneath an AT&T tower, it never creates the digital key. The remote features sometimes don’t work at all, even though I’m paying for the nearly $300/year service. Finally, the truck just alerts all the time for trailer brakes and proximity sensors. While the dealer says there is nothing wrong. I can’t believe they had the gall to sell this thing for nearly $100K. Seriously considering making the dealer take it back on lemon law in my state. ### 1/5 — Ram App *2026-08-23, version 1.99.704* This App is Aweful- Slow, Gets Hung Up, Does Not Connect!!, Just Spins and kicks out. ### 1/5 — Garbage App *2026-08-23, version 1.99.704* I recently traded in my Tremor and got a 2026 Rebel. I love the truck, but the app is horrible. It never saves any of the remote command presets, fails at least 50% of the time if I try to start my truck, and it’s nearly impossible to pair the digital key. I also have used it to check my fuel status just before leaving for a short trip to adjust my departure in case I need to fill up. It has many other system status that are available as well, those are the 2 I find the most useful. ### 5/5 — I love it *2026-08-24, version 1.99.704* It’s great for the command start feature. Sometimes when I’m at an appointment or somewhere where I have to park far away, my command start still works, as well as the lock/unlock feature, especially if I can’t remember if I locked the doors or not, as well as if someone forgot something in my truck I can unlock it for them from anywhere in the world. The vehicle health is also great, and I have a 16 year old new driver and I can set a boundary, or speed limit to get a notification, as well as gos location so I know where he is at all times. Also, sometimes you need to grant someone access when you’re away. This app provides that capability for free. I haven’t signed up for any of the other free services but I use the app for RV access all the time.
