RamenLab is the workbench for making real ramen at home: tonkotsu, miso, shoyu, and shio, from scratch. Scale any recipe to the exact yield you need, follow timed steps for broth, tare, noodles, and toppings, and keep a photo notebook of every bowl you make.

Guided lessons take you from a first clear chintan through tonkotsu, tare blending, and noodle work, with a reference library on dashi, emulsion, and the fundamentals behind a great bowl of Japanese noodle soup.

THE TYPE CASE

The create menu is reorganized: the 清書 freeform draft on a card of its own, the full bowl beneath it, the five components in a compact drawer, and the utilities at the foot.

Start writing before you sign in: the 清書 door now opens without an account, and the shop asks you to sign in only when you press the seal.

Sheets across the shop size themselves to their contents again.

Scribble or paste a rough draft, tap the seal, and say what you wrote: bowl, tare, noodle, broth, toppings, flavor oil, or anything else. It comes back a typeset recipe page built from your own words. Every line the shop touched is marked, every mark shows your original on a tap, and every row can be edited in place. Save it to the shelf, or open it in the full creator to refine.

Free members press six fair copies a day; Pro presses without counting.
