I am trying to cancel my subscription so I can close my account as Ramin said he won’t be updating the app. I subscribed through the app (yearly subscription). The FAQ says I can cancel the subscription under setting but there is no subscription option under settings. I opened several tickets and got no reply despite getting a message saying I would get one in 24h. I paid for 1 year, but the app has not been updated since February and they say they won’t refund the remaining months and that they will renew the subscription automatically unless I cancel it, which I don’t know how and they don’t help a bit.

Can you please fix the notifications?  Right now, there is a badge (107) next to the app icon although I already viewed all the posts. This happens on both my iPhone and iPad. I really appreciate everything that is being shared by the amazingly talented Ramin Karimloo though!
