I have 3 kids playing and up to 20 chat strings per team, it is practically unmanageable trying to keep up to date on that many chat strings. We ceased using the app because this became such a problem. However, it does it does lack certain refined, enhancements, such as icons are too specific to one sport and not - ie too hockey focused. The team finances management is nice, however it doesn’t provide a clear view of both expenses and income in one view - does not show what your net balance is. ### 3/5 — Needs work *2025-12-09, version 1.3.1* Not as user friendly as other team apps. Needs to have an “arrival time” along with “game time” field when scheduling. Most team coaches want to let their team know what time to be at a game, and also what time the game starts at. Also, new/unread chat messages are not identifiable. Unread messages should be bolded so team knows what messages they haven’t read. App should also have email option. ### 2/5 — Needs improvements *2025-10-28, version 1.3.1* There are other apps that offer features and settings that should be included in ramp to make it atleast up to their standard. 1) The notification bubble on the app disappears when you open the app… not knowing if it’s a game or a chat or an email. 2) all other team apps allow there to be scores into the app for each player to see. 3) the home tab will only show you future games, not games from the past and not showing the scores ### 2/5 — Repetitive entry scheduling games *2025-10-14, version 1.2.25* Creating functionality to schedule many practice/event/games at once would be super ### 3/5 — Needs some work *2025-10-03, version 1.2.24* The app functionality is alright but lacks in a few areas. I will get a notification of a chat but when I go to the app there is no red notification for on the chat spot. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Problem receiving messages *2026-05-29, version 1.3.8* I almost always have a hard time seeing messages that come in if I’m not where there’s Wi-Fi or vice versa if I restart my phone then it’s the opposite. I have it when there’s no Wi-Fi and then I can’t see any updates when I’m in an area with Wi-Fi. ### 1/5 — Missed games and tournaments *2026-04-23, version 1.3.7* App does not sync. New update offers new and improved Filter feature according to App Store description. The auto update won’t open at all so I can’t re-activate my filtered out player. An app to keep me updated with teams calendar is not helpful when it doesn’t work. I’ve tried deleting app and reinstalling. Seems like possibly other issues but not convinced it isn’t partly local league or our association causing some of the end user experience with the two teams I’m apart of, but our other teams and other associations seem to be complaining about some of the same sort of calendar and communication issues. ### 1/5 — Awful App *2025-09-24, version 1.2.24* Not sure why are you association moved from TeamSnap to this app. It’s awful. No email capability. And cannot be set up to provide any email notifications when new things are added. I’m sure as I use the app more. I will find other things that I do not like about it. ### 1/5 — Needs more work *2025-09-18, version 1.2.24* Team is moving away from TeamSnap and went in with an open mind but this needs improvements. It’s hard to enter individual calendar entries into my iOS calendar. If changes are made to calendar, notifications don’t tell you what information has changed. If new event has been entered, you have to download the whole schedule and compare to your previous entries. If you want location, it doesn’t link to a map app. Maps issues will be more problematic with out-of-town tournaments and trying to find location for games 8’ a new city. Hopefully these issues are resolved.
