I assumed (dumb on my end) that I had to play more to cash out so I literally played all of the winnings back. I did reach out to support the first time I got the error message. Only to get a respond a day later saying it was fraud security. Why would I have fraud security when I never have checked out and there’s literally so many steps to even create an account???? Long story short, they want you to play all of your winnings back before you can reach someone to take the fraud security off.
