Would recommend this card to family and friends. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Don’t bother *2026-05-17* So disappointed, rubbish experience, left/lost card at home and only realised on trip (yes my fault!) but there was no way of putting the card into my apple wallet once I realised this (doesn’t support apple). Needed money back which was saved on card once returned, no easy way to transfer back to bank account so ordered new card, transferred euros back to pounds on App and lost £25 somehow in that process, went to cash point and got charged again for withdrawing in UK. Should have got Monzo or Revolut like other trip members 🙈 ### 1/5 — Using foreign transactions *2026-02-07, version 7.0.0* Extremely difficult to navigate app. Information not particularly helpful. Couldn’t use the card in any card machine and wouldn’t let us lift any money from an ATM. Had to phone the support line every morning which wasted about 2 hours of our day every morning, their only solution was that we had to find the nearest western union so we could lift money and could only lift a certain amount every day. App down too often ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2024-05-01* Was travelling to Spain last week March 2024 Travelled to Ramsdens for currency exchange at Peterhead Branch Was looking to get €600 euro The girl said to get the New Ramsdens card And would get a better exchange rate Advised a lot better than old card and would work on My Apple Phone no problem, So did €300 cash and set up new Pre pay Mastercard The girl at store set up the app on my phone We couldn't get it to work and she had to phone said would be set up later within 1 hour , and would take longer to cancel . Add your bank card details before you leave for your holiday as if you need to top up your card abroad it needs all the information on you card to do this. I had a panic when I was away as I didn’t do this and didn’t have my bank card with me once I got all my details (phoned home and got this sorted) it was so easy to top up. Once home I then switched my current currency for another very easily.
