And the content of course is fantastic! ### 2/5 — This app just doesn’t cut it yet…….. *2024-03-18* It’s bad. The UI doesn’t make sense. The app is clunky. The playback speed doesn’t change without restarting the app. There’s no way to resume and check where you left off without going through the entire list of books and choosing “resume book” which might work or might start from the beginning. It is riddled with bugs that change the speed of the audio, change chapters, and completely restart the book from the beginning. The UI is clunky at best. For instance when listening when driving in my car, when I switch apps to Apple Maps and have the audiobook in the background, it restarts the book from the beginning. Features I find common on other audiobook apps are completely absent. I really want this app to succeed to spread the messages the Ramsey team has to offer, but as of today, it’s not there. ### 2/5 — App reading rate slows down *2023-10-07* Reading rate of the audiobooks slows down to to 0.5 when I have the rate set at 2x when phone goes to sleep or if you run the app in the background ### 4/5 — I’m not *2023-09-01* I will call ### 4/5 — A few bugs *2023-08-18* Love access to the Ramsey personality books, but like someone else said, there are still a few kinks to work out with coming and going in the app. I’ve had it freeze if I leave the app and try to come back without reopening, can’t leave the book I’m on without closing the app, and sometimes forgets where I left off. This app would constantly freeze. When I tried to speed up or down a book it just wouldn’t. Or if I speed it up it wouldn’t let me go back down. It would also constantly restart chapters randomly. It would be on chapter 8 then go back to seven when it was done. Just a horrible app overall. **Developer response:** Sorry for the inconvenience. We are moving audiobooks to the Network app for a better experience. Please use the same login to access your audiobooks. Ugh. ### 1/5 — Such potential, poor execution *2024-01-31* I was excited when I found this app because all but the newest Ramsey audiobooks in this app are included in the Ramsey+ membership. Very disappointed in the quality of this app since it’s so inconsistent from high level of quality I’ve come to expect from the other Ramsey products. Books are sorted in no particular order. No options to sort by publish date, alpha, filter by author or guides like “start here.” The pages for each book do not have a back button. When opening the app, it doesn’t display the book you last listened to. But this audio book app is for the birds. I purchased a Dr Deloney audio book 2 years ago and a George Kamel audio book this month. I’ve never been able to successfully download either one. The app never remembers where you stopped listening and it refuses to download the file for local listening instead of streaming.
