## What is RAMStats 2.0?

RAMStats is the official application of the Regional Directorate of Statistics of Madeira (DREM), the regional statistical authority, which is part of the National Statistical System. Access more than 300 economic, demographic, social, environmental, and territorial indicators for the Autonomous Region of Madeira, organized into 23 thematic areas.

This release brings the full history offline and fixes the readability of indicator names.

• Offline history — charts, tables, news and publications are available with no connection.
• Full names — indicator names are no longer cut off anywhere in the app: lists, search, favourites and detail.
• Metadata — full designation, indicator code, unit of measurement and time coverage.
• Export — restored across all 5 formats: CSV, XLSX, JSON, JSON-stat and PDF.
• Sync — the "sync over Wi-Fi only" setting is now honoured on iPhone and iPad.
• Sharing — sharing an indicator now opens that indicator instead of the home screen.
• Periods — school years shown as 2024/25 and triennia as 2022-24, matching the source.
• Accessibility and performance — better contrast and faster start-up.

- Fixed offline mode;
- Decimal places and homologous variations are now consistent throughout the app;
- Updated privacy policy;
- Fixes: indicator sharing and "Check for updates" button.

- Smoother exports: after exporting an indicator you can open or share the file right away.
- Redesigned indicator PDF report, with chart, table and a QR code to open the indicator on your phone.
- Simpler alerts: adding an indicator to favourites now turns on update notifications, even without an account.
- Various interface refinements and stability fixes (header, home screen and table symbols).
