## What is Ramzia?

Ramzia presents the Jam' wa Irdaf (combined recitation) method of Qira'at as practiced in Morocco.

Our goal is for this app to benefit students of Qira'at: making it easy for beginners and a helpful reference for advanced students.

The app combines four Ramziyas, taught across four levels:
- Ramziya of Hirmi (Al-Makki)
- Ramziya of Sama (Al-Basri)
- Ramziya of the Seven (Hamza)
- Ramziya of the Ten (the Great Ten)

Text is based on the digital Mushaf and Moroccan script of the Mohammed VI Foundation for the Publication of the Holy Quran, along with other licensed fonts such as Harmattan.

The app follows the methodology of the Ibn al-Qadi school, clarifying words with disputed recitation or spelling, and carefully reconciling the various transmitted Qira'at and Ramziyas.
