I used it and put all my info in the app, then the app crashed . Lost all the info I tried to get the desktop version also . They took my money and was never able to contact anyone as it did not work .  Poor communication on both

The mobile app doesn’t let you add or edit notes or descriptions. The keyboard just doesn’t appear.
Overall it’s just a bit too clunky and without the ability to add notes it’s somewhat useless in the paddock, which defeats the purpose of having a mobile app.

I have been using Ranch Manager Mobile for three or four years. I had that much data in it when I upgraded to iPhone 15. In the last minor upgrade to the app they renamed it. Because of that the AppStore said the app I was using is no longer available, thus causing me to lose all of my data. I downloaded the renamed app and attempted to pick up where I left off, only to find that the app is too buggy to use. The memo section, when opened, does not bring up the keyboard. The option to input an optional payment method is there but it won’t let you create a new method of payment. You can type something in, such as ACCOUNT, but it will only save it as other. It’s a shame they don’t try to make this app functional. The concept is the best out there but the execution is the worst.

Can’t delete an entry. If you keep playing with it the “Delete” will show ip at the bottom but it doesn’t work. Now the memo doesn’t give you the keypad, so it’s unusable.
