Will not sign in on ipad.   Now iPhone will not log in either

This is unfortunate that your app doesn’t support iOS 14.

Even prior to this release the app was in dire need of an update. The GUI is outdated  as the function of the app is clunky. It needs to have support for Sign In with Apple. 

Please update the app or I will contact Rancho Cordova and let them know they aren’t getting what they’re paying for.

I have used this app many times to report issues like illegal dumping and traffic lights that need to be reprogrammed. This app has helped tremendously. The city has done a great job of responding to my request. Thank you for maki g this process so simple.
