Rand McNally Tech Support have acknowledged the App does not work with IOS 13. This is a temporary solution to everyone. Download the app “RoadVue” connect to your Rand McNally WiFi camera then open the RoadVue app. It will work with this camera. Also allows you to record video and take photos of the images/video and ability to export. Hope this helps everyone. Briefly shows the video but quickly pops up a msg saying “No WiFi Connected”. What is the problem?? Worked great before. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and made absolute sure that the WiFi is connected and in range. Are you going to fix this issue? I use this system with two camera one for the inside of my cargo trailer and one on the back of the cargo trailer. Never had this problem until after iPhone update. My only issue with it is that I’d like to be able to adjust the guidelines as they seem to point to the sky most times.
