No instruction manual. Just a QR Code for this app. Trying to sign up. It will not send me the verification code but it has my email address locked up. Cheap not to include manual and THANK YOU RAND FOR MAKING THIS PROCESS THAT MUCH MORE DIFFICULT. Downloaded this app, did what it said and when it sent the email verification, it immediately said the code expired. Rand needs to fix this asap. May return product to store and go with another brand. This is my second Rand gps system and with the first one, could not register or update maps. It was almost $600. It’s. A shame the app makes me regret the purchase. Have to go into the settings in my phone to connect. Going to Rand McNally’s pathetic excuse for a “support” page doesn’t help either. The street maps on the $500 dollar gps are not updated. DO NOT BUY THIS. ### 1/5 — Garbage *2026-04-02, version 2.1.1* This app is completely useless unless you have a paid fleet account. As an individual driver this app will do nothing but register your device and show you that it’s connected. ZERO capabilities to send locations from the phone to the gps like you can with the garmin. I bought the Rand McNally gps because it offered the feature of calculating tolls. Beyond that this thing is utter garbage… you’re better off with the Garmin Dezl. Rand 8. When doing Reasesrch on this it said app works with device. It doesn’t you have to take it off the dash and manually enter address. Well it paid fr itself my getting me around tolls.
