However, I rarely visit now because one of your market butchers is very rude. Instead of experiencing rude treatment, I prefer to avoid the store altogether. Why should I continue spending my money there when I feel unwelcome? Good customer service is important. We like almost shaved ham we always order it with the note that says shaved. We never get it shaved and it’s always a waste no one eats it at a regular slice and I can’t go back to deal with that. I was given items that I did not order, and some of the items I actually ordered were missing. I understand mistakes can happen, but I would really appreciate employees double-checking the order before it is handed off. I was told to just go in the app and cancel the order. There’s no cancellation button after a ton of calls the had to refund the order instead of cancelling and I lost out on a ton of offers. Any who. They should add a cancellation option because for any reason if we haven’t or can’t pick it up it should be canceled ### 5/5 — Excellent SERVICE *2026-02-28, version 2026.4.0* This app is excellent, only very infrequently hiccuping up on my iPad M4. But it’s extremely helpful and MOST IMPORTANTLY connects with tremendous people. The shoppers communicate possible substitutes real time/real person via messages. Super friendly. The order is monitored and communicated minute-by-minute to your device. Texts are available from drivers. And every time that there is an update, it gets worse! The IT group are out of touch with the customers! I shopped at Safeway in Colorado and earned the points but they didn’t have a gas station, so how was I supposed to use them? This is totally the opposite of rewarding loyalty ### 1/5 — The App Barely Works *2026-02-22, version 2026.3.0* Every time I see a “deal” (it’s a “discount” to pay regular price) the requires the app, I die on the inside. The app does not respond 90% of the time. I go from a quick trio to the store to desperately spamming the app on my phone for 5-10 minutes so that I have the privilege of not being price gouged. Today I literally left the store after 10 minutes of failed attempts to get the app to return the search result for the $3 off. I went to the store, got stonewalled by an app for 10 minutes and left with nothing. This is NOT the future Randalls. ### 1/5 — Discrimination against senior citizens App is rated Mature for porn content *2026-01-27, version 2026.2.0* App is rated Mature same a porn site in Google store so elderly people with locked down phone can’t use app or get digital coupons. The store posts misleading ads that you can only use app to get. This is wrong and not consumer friendly to get coupons ### 1/5 — One of the Worst Apps I’ve Used *2026-01-02, version 2025.39.0* The app is has never been user friendly ever since it was updated a long time ago to version 2.0. The app is only useful if it’s using WiFi, and not by LTE. This is especially worse if the store’s WiFi isn’t working. Too many steps to place a digital coupon or coupons into the app’s wallet.
