## What is Randevuio?

Randevuio is an appointment and business management platform built for tattoo studios, hair salons, barbershops, beauty salons, spas and other appointment-based businesses.

Far more than taking bookings: it shows you how your business is actually doing.

YOUR APPOINTMENTS
• Every booking in one calendar: confirm, reschedule, cancel
• Walk-in appointments created in a single screen
• Each team member's own schedule, working hours and days off

ANALYZE YOUR BUSINESS
• Net earnings, not gross: the real figure after commission and expenses
• Where you stand against your monthly target, and what you need to earn per day to reach it
• Studio share and artist share, separately: see who brings in what
• Insights on busy hours, returning clients and no-shows
• Income, expenses, store credit and end-of-day closing in one place

YOUR TEAM AND HOW EARNINGS ARE SPLIT
• A commission rate per team member
• A different rate for those who bring their own clients
• You decide what each person can see and manage
• Team members who use the app and those who don't, side by side

YOUR CLIENTS
• A client book: who came when, what they spent, which appointments they missed
• Your own web booking page; clients book without installing an app
• Automatic WhatsApp reminders for them, a daily appointment list for you

LONG SESSIONS AND LATE HOURS
• Shifts past midnight are calculated correctly; a studio closing at 2 AM does not lose its evening slots
• Per-service duration for work that takes hours

FOR CLIENTS
• Book on the web or in the app
• View appointments, request a reschedule or cancellation
• Reminders before the appointment and a review afterwards

Randevuio keeps booking simple while helping your business run in a more organised, more measurable and more professional way.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.7.1 — 2026-09-03

Bug fixes and improvements: calendar date picker for quick appointments, redesigned time selection, refined staff permissions, and an Android bottom bar fix.

### 1.7.0 — 2026-08-27

This release was built for teams that work on commission and businesses that stay open late.

• Commission is now set per team member. You can define a different rate for anyone who brings in their own clients.
• Finance and reports now run entirely on net earnings. The business share and the team member's share are shown separately, and you can track how far you are from your monthly target.
• Shifts that run past midnight are calculated correctly. A business closing at 2 AM no longer loses its evening slots.
• Staff permissions are now separate: seeing the client list, editing one's own schedule and managing appointments can each be granted on their own.

Fixes
• Signing in with an international phone number was failing. This is fixed.
• Businesses you have booked with appear in your list again.

This release also includes substantial security improvements.

### 1.6.0 — 2026-08-17

• User interface improvements
• English language support
• Bug fixes and performance improvements
• Cash register and end-of-day summary
• Advanced AI-powered analytics
• Enhanced customer tracking system

### 1.5.0 — 2026-05-20

- Bildirim sistemi: Randevu hatırlatmaları artık uygulama bildirimi olarak geliyor
- Performans iyileştirmeleri ve hata düzeltmeleri
- Küçük arayüz güncellemeleri

### 1.0.2 — 2026-05-07
