## What is Randocize?

Are you ready to give in to your inner entropy? Embrace randomness and let Randocize tell you when to move!

Whether you are working at home or just lounging on the weekend, Randocize can get you on your feet (or maybe the ground) with some simple and fun activities.

Choose from free activities such as jumping jacks, lunges, running in place and many others. Want more variety? Create your own activities with an in-app purchase. Next, choose how often and intense each activity is. Then wait...

At some (random!) time in the near future, you'll get a notification from Randocize. Don't delay tapping on it for too long, though, you have only a short time to take action. You'll see a randomly selected activity to complete. Earn points (which are worth nothing, by the way) by completing activities throughout the day. Lose some points for missing them or skipping.

Customize when you will Randocize by creating quiet times, such as during your daily commute, sleeping and during important meetings.

Most importantly, have fun!
