Does what it says. It’s cute and cleanly designed, and changes numbers on every tap.
The other review says you can’t change the number range, but you can swipe up anywhere on the app to access the range selector. There’s a pay wall scared me before I could even use the app. You can slide to the left for the free option, and tip the dev later from the range selector page, once you’re happy with the app.
For the developer:
I need an app that randomizes a number between my range, every few seconds. Specifically, I’m practicing music, and I need a random 1-8 every 4 seconds-ish. I think your app would benefit others by adding this timed randomizer. I would happily tip, because I can’t find other apps that include this feature.
Regardless. The app is great, and worth checking out.

Does the Job
It’s a great number generator that does exactly what you want it to do. I even paid to get rid of the ads. I just wish there was a way to make the numbers larger on my iPad screen. Using it for children’s games, that would be nice to hold up the iPad so they could also the number.
