## What is Random Picker · Baro?

■ Tap once. Someone wins.

Keep your group in the app and one button decides: a name, a running order, or teams. The result is on screen the instant your thumb lands — no wheel to watch, no countdown, no sheet to close. Tap again and it draws again.

And under every result, there is a receipt.

-------------------------------
● The fair-draw receipt (the reason this app exists)
-------------------------------

Every draw prints one line you can read at a glance:

#37 · 14:22:08 · 1 of 6 · seed a91f…

• #37 is the draw number. It counts up and never resets — not even when you clear the history.
• The seed is 16 characters, recorded, and reproduces that exact draw.
• Tap the line and it opens in place: the full seed, what it was derived from, and a bar for every name showing how often it actually came up over the last twenty draws — next to how often it was expected to.

The app does not cheat in your favour. It never avoids the previous winner, never weights a name, and never smooths out a streak. The same name twice in a row is what fair looks like sometimes, and the panel says so, right next to numbers you can count yourself.

-------------------------------
● Three modes, one list
-------------------------------

1) Pick — draw one winner, or several.
2) Order — shuffle everyone into a numbered running order. It also gives you a valid Secret Santa ring: everybody gives to the next name on the list.
3) Teams — split into balanced teams. Sizes never differ by more than one, and which team gets the extra person is drawn too, instead of always being the first one.

Switching mode never touches your list.

-------------------------------
● Built for the moment you need it
-------------------------------

• Opens straight onto the draw. No splash screen, no onboarding, no login.
• A fresh install already has six entries, so the very first launch is one tap to a fair draw with nothing to type.
• Names are optional — leave a row blank and it is drawn as its number.
• "We're four today, not six" takes two taps.
• Close the app and come back: the last result is still there. Same winner, same seed, same draw number.
• Every edit saves itself. The list sheet has no Save button and no Cancel, so a keystroke cannot be lost.

-------------------------------
● Private by design
-------------------------------

• Zero network code. Nothing leaves this phone, ever — check it in airplane mode.
• No system permissions at all. No contacts import either: names are typed in, never read from your phone.
• No account, no login, no sign-up. Privacy label: Data Not Collected.
• Zero analytics. Zero telemetry. Zero third-party SDKs.
• No ads. No subscriptions. No in-app purchases.

-------------------------------
● Built to be tapped
-------------------------------

• Every control is at least 64 × 64 pt — easy to hit without looking.
• Single taps only. No long-press, no double-tap, no swipes, no hidden gestures.
• Body text starts at 24 pt on a high-contrast black background that sips battery.
• The winner is announced to VoiceOver without needing a swipe.
• Reduce Motion changes nothing, because nothing animates on the way to a result.

-------------------------------
● Great for
-------------------------------

• Who goes first, who presents next, who does the dishes
• Splitting a class, a workshop or a pickup game into teams
• Chore rotas, cleaning duty and seating
• Secret Santa rings
• Any "let's just pick someone" that would otherwise become an argument

-------------------------------
● Languages
-------------------------------

English · Korean · Japanese · German · French · Arabic

-------------------------------
● The Baro promise
-------------------------------

Random Picker is part of Baro — lightweight tools that respect your data, your battery, and your time.

"The tools you reach for first."
