The app lends itself to martial arts training or shadow boxing practice, but it could be useful for other creative purposes. The design is quite solid. However, there are an insane amount of ads and very frequently when you touch a button, it pops up a message begging for you to review it or tweet it. Over and over. When you go into the settings screen by tapping on the wrench, you cannot leave the settings screen. There is no way to exit and go back to the app. You have to terminate the app and restart it.
