Рандома нет. Делали розыгрыш из 20 номеров постоянно выпадали несколько чисел подряд. Нет возможности удалить уже выпавшие числа. Возможно при выборе 100 чисел и меньше будет повторов. Но при небольшой задачи в 25-50 чисел, совсем плохой генератор. Ну если 20 и 11 чередуются 10 раз из 23 чисел, это как?
