## What is RandomP?

RandomP puts "create a strong password" and "remember it" in the same app.

■ Generate
Choose the length, then set uppercase, lowercase, digits and symbols each to Required / Optional / Not needed.
Anything marked Required is guaranteed to appear, so you never have to check the result yourself.
You can also pick only the symbols you want — some sites reject certain ones.

■ Keep
Save a generated password right away with a note about what it is for (which site, which account).
You can also add a password you already have, straight from the list (the + in the top right).
Drag to reorder so the ones you use most stay on top.

■ Time lock
Lock any saved password so it stays hidden until a date and time you choose.
The time is checked against a network time server, so moving your device clock forward will not unlock it early.

■ About your data
• No sign-up, no login, no account
• Passwords are stored only on your own device and are never uploaded anywhere
• We cannot see your passwords, and we cannot recover them for you
• Interface available in 14 languages

### 1.3.0 — 2026-08-14

This release fixes a few things the settings promised but the app didn't deliver:

• Marking symbols as Required now actually puts symbols in the result
• You can add an entry straight from the password list, without going to the generator
• First launch now follows your device language instead of always English
• New "About" section: where passwords are stored, and what happens when you switch phones
• Default length is now 16
• The lock time no longer defaults to "right now"

### 1.2.2 — 2026-08-08

The interface has been completely redesigned:

• Unified color scheme, with dark mode support
• Passwords are now shown in a monospaced font — no more confusing l with 1, or O with 0
• Generator rebuilt: a slider for length, and all three options visible at once
• New password strength indicator
• The password list is now card-based, with a much clearer lock status
• The first launch is no longer a blank screen
