I’ve tried at least three or four times, and two of them placed the target point in the middle of a river. And then told me I could upgrade and spend money to not have a target point in a river. So far I haven’t observed anything interesting, fun, or weird. I’m not really sure what I should be expecting, but I really have not observed anything that made me want to actually pay for this app. I guess at the end of the day it’s a good excuse to go for a walk. ### 3/5 — It’s fun but with one caveat *2026-08-22, version 3.3.2* It’s sent me to some beautiful places but it’s frustrating that you can’t change the criteria around. For example, I’d love to be a “seeker” sometime and go on a “mystery” quest or a “connection” quest but I’m stuck in the same category I signed up with. The reason I think people give it low star ratings is because they don’t get what they expect or want, but you gotta know, it’s randomized points. I used this app once with my friends & it went to a school we used to go to, & honestly I think the reason it generated points there is because a while ago there was a teacher that slept with a student there, from what I saw when I looked my school on Google for fun. I didn’t buy anything, it was my Apple account, my dad definitely didn’t authorise it. It said my transaction wasn’t successful, so I tried again, and again. After the 3rd “failed transaction”, I checked my back statement and they had charged me for all my “failed transactions”. I checked back on the app and they didn’t even give me the coins for the $50 they charged me. Going to call my back right now and dispute the charges. I DO NOT recommend spending money on this app. ### 1/5 — Sellout *2026-07-24, version 3.3.0* This used to be fun it just gives a random local but now you have to pay like $20 just for tokens in order to find a random spot on the map? Greed. Recently, some of what I consider the most important features of the app stopped working entirely, for weeks, and I did not think that they would ever be fixed, which made me really sad because as I said, this app has become one of my favourites and I was unhappy that I would no longer be able to use it. However after posting a review yesterday detailing my issues, lo and behold! An update! The features I needed work again!
