## What is randoro?

Randoro is a reaction training app for boxing. It fires random beeps during your workout, so you react to the cue instead of going through the motions.

Set your warm-up, rounds, work and rest durations, and cool-down, then start. Audio keeps playing in the background and on the lock screen through your phone, headphones, and speaker

Set up a session

Warm-up, rounds, work and rest durations, cool-down
Intensity: how often the cues fire
Combo count: how much time you get after each cue
Screen flash and vibration on each cue, on or off
During a round

A large countdown and your elapsed and remaining time
Random audio cues within your chosen bounds
Jump between phases, pause, and resume
Randoro is built for solo training, whether you are on the bag, shadow boxing, or keeping fit. Set your rounds, hit start, and react.
