I’ve experienced a few who could conceivably be considered worth their range of stay. I’ve also seen others, a very broad range, who are counted like cattle and couldn’t advance as a species if they were given the operational manual. That said, automated placement is another failure. The election of good candidate is a one to one experience that requires elemental understandings that are honest and forthright. Thus far, on a graded scale I’d say the Eval would be much like mine. Eighty-eight percent on a Friday with an ended assignment on the following Monday. You’ve no more lined me up with a fair chance than the educational system corrupts weak minds. If you want to verify your email it won’t send anything. When you try to search for positions in your city or zipcode the buttons won’t work. I just bet the “good” reviews are fake tbh. I don’t see anything good about this company anywhere else. ### 1/5 — Waste of Time *2023-02-02, version 3.0.27* The app itself is very user friendly. It’s not overloaded with unnecessary features. The app layout gets a 5 out of 5. HOWEVER, the actual recruiters are extremely unorganized and sometimes flat out rude. They’re always late to scheduled calls or video chats. For example, I had a scheduled screening with a recruiter named Jamila Begum. She was almost 15 mins late so I sent an email asking her if she needed to reschedule or something. She then sent an automated generic message from a noreply email saying that the listing was canceled or something along those lines. She canceled almost 15 mins late and couldn’t even talk to me like normal person. That is just one example of the unprofessional behavior I’ve had to deal with. ### 1/5 — AI failed to comprehend relocation to PA from CA. *2022-06-03, version 3.0.24* It seems this resumé reviewing algorithm is requiring addition. Persons in my field have easily recognize my qualifications and will sometimes say I am overqualified. This has said I do not meet the requirements of the position. ### 1/5 — STOP MAKING PPL GO THROUGH THE SCREENING PROCESS IF INTERVIEW SLOTS AREN'T AVAILABLE *2021-09-02, version 3.0.18* If there are no interview slots available, that should be the FIRST message to pop up instead of wasting ppls time. That's why so many ppl are frustrated Also, recruiters will ditch their interviews and ghost you at the drop of a hat. There's something very fishy going on in the recruitment business right now. Get right before it gets you ### 1/5 — They make appt’s, then ghost you *2021-01-12, version 3.0.11* Twice I’ve had this place contact me for a phone interview, we confirm it, they both text and email me multiple reminders, even two hours that day before the appointment time, to ghost me and forget about me. A complete waste of time. Shame on them for playing games with people who are trying to find work and disregarding their time. It’s unprofessional, rude, and a disgrace. Shame on you Dillon Hipp. ### 1/5 — Technical Issues *2020-04-22, version 3.0.5* I was an applicant awhile back with Randstad and had already created a profile; when using this app’s “forgot my password” feature it submits a prompt but there is no email received. Have done this multiple times and I have yet to receive and email... ### 1/5 — Just don't bother *2019-10-08, version 3.0.1* Everyone at Randstad refuses to answer emails. They don't announce job fairs until the day of. The employees don't seem to actually do much to help put people in positions. So it really isn't a surprise that the app is a waste of memory. It crashes constantly for one. Usually I can apply to one, maybe to jobs before it just REFUSES to send the next application. The application screen itself has a drop down box for you to choose your state, but this box is missing both my home state and the one I commute too. There is no way to sort listing by salary, so you end up scrolling past pointless $9 an hour jobs just to find one that will ACTUALLY pay you. And even if you do managed to get an app sent out, the job you applied to may remain on the list, making it unclear if it worked or not. So it's a garbage app for a garbage company. You'd honestly be better off downloading any other job search app. Most of the jobs on here are also on other searches anyway, often posted there BY RANDSTAD, so I don't know why they bother. Avoid this and avoid the company unless you like having your time wasted. **Developer response:** We understand your frustration and we want to address it. Take the darn job down if they are no longer looking or all JOB interview times have been filled. Don’t try and make me answer other questions to see what job fits my resume!!! I think it’s time we have a government oversight committee to check into the false claims. Fraud. Lame jobs on these sites like yours, that never produces. So disappointing.
