The delivery team needs to POST SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS in the app description! 

Nowhere in the app description or “Requirements” do we see that the app does not support iPhone SE. You may get stuck in a loop where the phone keyboard covers the username and password entry fields, meaning that you can’t log in. If you contact tech support, count on at least 5 back-and-forth messages before the first-line team escalates the ticket. Four or five more iterations occur before Engineering comes back with, “We don’t support that phone.” The app is useless if it doesn’t work on your mobile device. If you try with an unsupported phone, you’ll waste at least three hours of your life before anyone asks the right question.

App keeps crashing upon login. Most times whenever you bring the app up it greets you with a “We ran into a technical error. Please try again later.” Message. Then you just try again (immediately, not later) and it goes on to do its job… only to crash again eventually.
This app is as bad as its web front sibling, which keeps logging you out (on either chrome, safari or Firefox) while you’re in a live session, no idle time.

App Store listing claims no data is collected. The app, however, requires account login and on first launch asks if it can collect anonymized data.

Can’t even get to the login screen.

**Developer response:** Hi, apologies for the loading issue you have seen. We had a defect in the app where, in some cases, the app would not load. One of those cases was when you changed your RiseSmart account password and a few other specific steps were taken. This defect has been fixed in the updated version, where if the app is stuck in the loading state for some time, the app login screen will be shown again. You can then enter your new password (if you had changed your password) and click login to continue. Hope this resolves the issue.

I’ve looked everywhere and all I see is how to login. Seriously, what am I missing?

**Developer response:** Hi, apologies for the inconvenience. Please make sure you have first activate your RiseSmart account on our web portal. We are working to improve the messages on the app login screen to make this clear.

I NEVER turn on my location. EVER. The latest update refuses to show me anything unless I turn location services on. Please remove this requirement ASAP.
