Tapping on ‘Contact Us’ in the app gives zero contact options and tells you to just talk to your local store. ### 1/5 — Delicious donuts, horrible app *2025-10-25* The app is poorly built. You can’t scan your receipts, or see your order history. There is no sense of rewards, or how many points could turn into a reward.
