Impossible to add accounts. Won’t let me see any info just keeps telling me to “retry”. I will probably be switching banks soon looking for a bank app that works. ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2024-08-16* This app used to be ok but now it does not allow me to sign in while using a VPN. I am not willing to not protect my privacy so that means that the app gets deleted. This is not a review of Range Bank it is just a review of their invasive, privacy denying app. If this is the same on my PC I will be changing banks. ### 1/5 — Constantly have to reset password *2023-01-07* About every 4 days, I have to reset my password. I’ve emailed the bank and have been told it’s because I entered the wrong credentials. I don’t have my credentials saved on my phone or in google. No other web browsers or 3rd party password vaults. I’ve tried not using the 4 digit pin so I can manually enter the password every time but there’s no option. Check is no worthless because it’s endorsed for mobile deposit only.
