Now I'm able to view on my iPhone 7 and iPad Pro and best of all, it's iOS 10 compatibility! 5 stars!

I saw a few reviews saying that the app doesn't work but figured it was only a couple so I would try it anyway. I paid $20 for the subscription and we can only look at the first 2 pages of each magazine before it crashes!!  I have 2 very upset children who were looking forward to this subscription and it doesn't work!  Of course Zoobooks says its Apples fault and won't give me my $$ back.

We have a Zoobooks print and digital and print subscription. The app is useless. The interface is awful, and looks like it was from 10 years ago, but even worse it ignores the fact that I have a subscription and constantly prompts me to subscribe. Then when I close the annoying popup the app crashes.

I bought a subscription for my daughter and can't login to get more issues. I've contacted the company and they said it was Apples fault. I contacted Apple and they said I need to contact the developer of the app. They gave me a link to some Chinese dance game.

The sign in process as an existing subscriber is horrendous. No feedback on the call to server progress or descriptive error messages, it lags significantly before the first time you can login and then shows a phantom error message. Others have remarked that it shows ads and interrupts the reading of the issue even though we've already subscribed to the print version.  The app should be smart enough to not show ads since this information is available to the app through our account. The interface also needs to be brought into the standards provided in ios7. It looks like this app hasn't been touched in years and looks out of place.
