## What is RANKED Strength Log?

RANKED is a fast strength-training log for people who want to lift without turning the gym into homework.

BUILD YOUR WORKOUT

Tap the muscles you want to train, choose your exercises, and start. RANKED includes a broad exercise library for barbells, dumbbells, cables, machines, bodyweight training, and more.

LOG SETS FAST

Enter weight and reps as you lift. Your previous performance is ready the next time you repeat the workout, so you can keep it or make a quick adjustment.

SEE YOUR BODY RANK UP

Your logged training builds progress for the muscles involved. The RANKED body map shows which areas are moving and which ones need work.

TRAIN YOUR WAY

Build one workout, save a repeatable training day, or create a schedule that fits your week. RANKED works for straightforward gym training: bench press, squats, rows, curls, carries, and everything around them.

ASK COACH

Coach can explain a suggestion or help adjust a workout when time, equipment, soreness, or a crowded gym changes the plan. Coach suggestions are general training guidance and are not medical advice.

RANKED is for adults, 18 and up.

## Version history (last 2 releases)

### 1.0.1 — 2026-10-03

What's new in 1.0.1

• RANKED is now 18+ only.
• Coach: 10 free messages every month, back on the 1st. RANKED Pro can now be bought and restored.
• A more honest log: zero-rep and impossible sets no longer count, saving twice no longer duplicates a workout, and your ranks, PRs, weekly volume and training days now come straight from your real sets.
• Stats show what improved since your last visit.
• Delete a workout, read your workout notes, and see every workout on days you trained more than once.
• Planks and other holds keep their time. Push-ups and other bodyweight moves get their own progress.
• Welcome-back guidance after time away, a plan option when you start, and a birthday you can correct in Settings.
• Kilogram plates now use standard metric sizes.
• Big text sizes work across Today and Train, and the muscle map works with VoiceOver.
• Lots of layout and keypad fixes.
