They had terrible instructions on how to unsubscribe or turn off auto renewal, so I clicked the support button and emailed them. Flash forward to today the free trial is up, they never responded to my email and I get charged for the month of September to October. I emailed them again and decided to check the app and see if I could figure out how to unsubscribe, so weird tho I go to see all the songs are locked and telling me to go Premium when they just charged me for it. I don’t want the premium anyway, and STILL trying to figure out if the charged me for the free trial or charged me for this month without giving me the stuff they took my money for. it’s just to show you how unnecessarily confusing this app is.
