It freezes every time I get on and I end up having to reset my phone. I have had to make multiple accounts because it freezes every time and doesn't work. The sign up process is glitchy and when I request a password I never get the email I'm promised. I would love to help bring these issues to their attention, and they have a link for it, but they never respond to any emails so I don't know if the emails even went through. Has a lot of potential and cooler features than the old app rap rivals, but because of these issues the old app is actually better.
