I go by EST Bandz, and I’m still early in my grind, but every track I drop feels like I’m leveling up. What I like most about Rapchat is how quick it is to turn ideas into full songs and actually get feedback from real people. It doesn’t matter if you’ve got 500 followers or 500K — if the music hits, people notice. I’ve been getting love on my tracks that I never expected this early, and that alone keeps me pushing harder. One comment, one like, one share — it all adds up and builds confidence as an artist. Shoutout to everyone supporting independent music and actually listening with real ears. I’ve probably written close to 130 songs on here, recorded some or all of close to 100 so clearly I like the app. The beats are fire, but there are def some improvements needed. First, bring back the option to expire the full song as a video. Making it only snippets and geared towards social media only misses the whole point of making music and using the app. I want to be able to send the video to my friends or family or a specific person only, and the .wav file isn’t as an enjoyable experience for most. The special effects we can use are plentiful but most really change the sound of the vocals entirely. It would be awesome if there were a handful of options that simply take out the background noise or add a little pow to the verse without sounding autotuned or heavily affected. Lastly, it would be dope when we are recording the verse and don’t like what we did, to have the “undo” button on the lyrics page so we don’t have to pause, go back twice to the studio page and undo, and then go back into the lyrics. Minor complaint but would also make a huge difference in time spent and user experience. All in all, I dig it but would use another app if it had all those features. ### 2/5 — RapCrap *2026-06-13, version 12.4.1* This site has really gone down hill and I don’t see it recovering with the people currently running it. When I first joined they had what seemed like a legitimate cash contest with all types of people tied in to it. Now they only do one every blue moon and the worst part is that it’s all just this one group of people(who aren’t any good and don’t really try to be)and they’re friends who get shuffled to the front to be heard so they win everything, while everyone else just gets left at the bottom of playlists and forgot about.
