Its so glitchy. Chat is slow and unresponsive. Those listed as ‘Following’ is a random number and not related to those that you follow. There is no support, or rather there is a support to contact except they do nothing but send an email to say they will look into it and get back to you - which they dont. Its a shame because when Tom was involved he was responsive to issues and actually fixed them and also had innovative ideas like the digital treasure hunt which was v sophisticated and added value to the RCC membership. Its a clear sign the app doesnt function properly when rideleaders communicate by whatsapp instead of the app chat function and also that Rapha staff dont use or check the App. ### 3/5 — A good app that performs terribly *2023-07-23, version 3.6.1* PLEASE fix this app. It is the buggiest app on my phone. Chats don’t load without quitting and reopening the app. Cancelling a profile pic/backdrop change crashes the app, needing to be quit and reopened again. Calendar pages don’t always refresh (but are closer to working than the previous two issues). Also, whenever I follow a link to the store from the app I am taken to the GB site despite me being in the US. Please fix! It’s the core of the RCC membership and therefore one of the most expensive apps on my phone. ### 2/5 — Pointless push notifications *2021-07-09, version 3.2.1* So many pointless push notifications that give you no context as to what the notification is for. It’s not 2015, this needs to be better. ### 2/5 — Half baked *2018-04-08, version 2.0.5* Needs massive improvements. Not linked to the website. This app should be your one stop shop for all Rapha and RCC. Book on to a yoga class? I’ve been a member of Rapha for a long time, I’ve tried resetting my password etc but still no joy. ### 3/5 — Update: Login fixed, clean interface *2018-03-10, version 2.0.1* Been looking forward to this update for a long time. Quick and helpful response from developer who got the login issued fixed pretty quickly. The notifications are better than before, and the events/activity listings are easier to navigate. The interface is a lot cleaner. Looking forward to the new features discussed on the Rapha club site being rolled out in the near future. ### 2/5 — Meeting other members *2018-03-02, version 2.0.0* If you’re a new member and there are no rides in your area... how do you meet other members in your area to ride with? This is the apps most important use-case and it does nothing to address it. I think the best way to address it would be to provide a list of local riders in your area to introduce yourself to in the chat tab. Currently the chat tab is completely blank. ### 3/5 — Clean interface, but... *2017-09-06, version 1.3.4* Some usability issues. Performance degraded drastically, the app is less responsive, laggy, has much less features and looks very bad. Profile pictures not appearing, profile related updates not being sent through. You can set up rides and groups but promoting that to others nearby would be great.
