The second generation of Rapid Response's iOS app is here!  Customers of Rapid Response Monitoring can access their security account base directly from the iPhone, iPad, or iTouch with RapidMobile. View all of your account information including signal history, contacts, panel info, zoning, no-actions, passcodes, schedules and account changes.  Update data, enter advanced no-actions, view your answering service messages and more!

Can definitley add custome values for longer no action as well as more functions for level 10 access so I can terminate accounts using the app , another thing is to import zones and just quick data entry in general would be amazing if added

Please fix your “remember this device”. I have to log in multiple times on different accounts and every time I have to type in my username and password. Then I have to wait for a text for the “multi factor authentication” that you can’t turn off. PLEASE FIX!!!

This app is great, I only wish you could use it in landscape mode on an iPad. I have a keyboard which makes the app unusable.

Not bad, but there's a very frustrating catch, it doesn't work in landscape mode.  If you're trying to use this on a iPad with a keyboard, you're stuck either turning the iPad or breaking your neck.

New update has trouble as orange and alarm as red. Colors are very close. Should definitely be able to change the color scheme.

The app is very fast and responsive. Excellent!

Update: please address the issue of the search boxes. The background of these boxes need to follow the "theme selection colors". I believe this will fix the issue of not being able to see the text when typing using dark mode on IOS.

Placed iPhone in dark mode to save battery life and when searching for accounts etc all the text is grayed out.....Unusable so I had to revert back to normal mode
Otherwise works as it should as far as I can see 
Needs update so we all may use dark mode

I’ve been dealing with this but finally driving me crazy. Why are the option field bright white and characters the faintest light grey. I can read any thing I type. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing ?  Fix this and I will give this five stars it deserves. Thank you

I honestly just use google chrome and log on to the website over my phone. Yeah it’s a weird aspect ratio but at least it’s better than the app which crashes constantly (literally every time I try to login) and is extremely slow.

Or can you just be like everyone else and let me make one my self? -edit so i just went on your site to try and get some help but i cant even contact you XD what a joke of a company.
