It is never accurate. We could put a robot vehicle on Mars, but we can’t have a app that works properly. ### 1/5 — Tracks user 24/7 *2020-09-12* This app will not allow you to use tracking “only while using” and frankly it’s none of my employer’s business where I’m at when I’m not on the clock. Also if the job isn’t at the exact address it won’t show you as on the job. If given the choice I’d rather go back to paperwork on a clipboard. **Developer response:** Rapid On The GO! was designed to make operators' life simpler, not the opposite. Specifically to the items you pointed out, please note: Rapid On The GO! does not track location at all when operators are clocked out, but it requires location tracking at all times while clocked in, to properly enforce Hours of Service compliance with the Department of Transportation. The app only shows what the status of a job is at the current time, but the determination of what a job status should be is actually done elsewhere (outside of the app) and is dependent on a number of configuration settings. Please contact your system administrator and express your concerns to him and have him/her contact us, so that we can configure this aspect properly for your you and your/our partner. ### 2/5 — Why *2022-05-12* I don’t appreciate that my phone is tracked all the time. It’s tracking where I’m going and what I’m doing 24 hr a day and my privacy is not my own change that back to only while using. Or pay me for tracking me 24hr a day. **Developer response:** Please note that by default the app is tracking and recording location under the following circumstances: Once. when signing in, signing out, verifying a job site address, posting a DVIR, posting an HOS log. Periodically, while being clocked in. If an operator is clocked out, the app is not tracking location. To see all instances when the app has tracked location on your device, refer to the Tracking Log screen under Profile. Really like being able to clock in and out mobile as well. ### 5/5 — The way to go! *2021-05-10* As a business owner and an operator, the rapid on the go is the easiest way to handle scheduling, and invoicing. It keeps track of data I’ve never been able to do before. Helps with pricing as well because you look to see what your unit or operator brings in per yard, hour, etc. No doubt a must have in you operate a fleet of units. When you have second ups you don’t have to worry about whether or not they have a blank job tag because you notify them and “💥” it is there. You don’t have to worry about the operator loosing there ticket because you get it directly from PumpMagic. Customers get copies immediately once they sign. Your operators punch in and out directly on the app as well. Job site issue and conditions the snap a picture and it gets tagged directly to the job/day/time so you have what we you need. All of my operators love the app too. The tickets are easier to price out as well. When there is an issue Rapid Apps is always willing to help and usually fix the problem immediately. I learn something new in this app constantly that makes my job less stressful.
