## What is Rapid Response ICP?

Rapid Response is your organisation's digital command post for incident and emergency management, built on ICS and ELS principles.

Previously published as Digital Incident Command Post. Same app, same account — new name.

MOBILE POSTURE — WHAT YOU NEED IN THE FIELD
- My status: check in and out of the incident, see your role and what awaits you
- ICS-214 quick log: record activities as easily as sending a message
- Messages: ICS-213 messages to roles and external parties, with priority and receipts
- AI assistant: ask about the incident picture, create tasks, get summaries
- Incident Management Handbook: your organisation's own doctrine in your pocket, with interactive Planning P, org charts, role cards and terminology, also offline

FULL FUNCTIONALITY ON DESKTOP
Common Operating Picture (COP), ICS forms with approval flows, Incident Action Plans, resource management, shift rosters, finance and audit-proof documentation.

ALWAYS UP TO DATE
The app updates over the air, so new functionality is available immediately with no manual updates.

Sign-in requires a user account from your organisation.
