It’s so bad to the point where it has stopped pinging my phone to let me into my school account, so I have skip this garbage of a MFA anyways and just put in my password. Unfortunately for me that bypass has stopped working, and now I am unable to log into my schools account with only being met by an authentication failed. In an attempt to fix it i un-downloaded the app and reinstalled it only to have my MFA for my school account and every other MFA that I had saved for other applications disappear. For reference I am a Radiography major and for certain clinical sites I have to use this garbage app per my program requirements. Now I am not only unable to log into my school account, my school email, and all of my clinical sites for my program. Thank you RapidIdenity for being the single most worst, more unreliable app that i’ve ever had the miss-pleasure of downloading in my entire life. ### 1/5 — Very stressful *2024-08-29, version 2.5.2* This app is making logging into my school assignments and even activating my school email. The enrollment process was straightforward and our SSO works well with RI. Sure there are bound to be hiccups, but those are usually network issues, not the application. So many people get locked out because they forget TOTP is an option when they have a bad WiFi or cellular connection. Not many apps will give you a second option, btw. The only gripe I have with the app is the rebranding that was done recently. The simplification of the logo and the black and blue color combination were not good choices by the UI/UX team. Bring back the old branding, please! ### 4/5 — It works as intended *2023-08-26, version 2.5.2* I was a little apprehensive about using this with so many negative reviews, but the app works great on my iPhone 13. Pretty bare bones, but it facial recognition for log in. As soon as I submit my username on my University’s site i get an instant notification to approve or deny. I accept and it immediately signs me in. Cut my log in time to seconds compared to constantly having to submit a code through email. I would give it a try. Working support and supporting this app was a nightmare due to the constant app failures, which led to frequent calls and frustrated users. If you have alternative options for MFA, I highly recommend using those instead! ### 2/5 — Far From Ideal *2022-04-02, version 2.5.2* School required the download of this app for 2FA on all students’ accounts. At first, seemed fine, even compatible with Apple Watch (which did amaze me). When a Login Request came through, the notification would pop up on my Apple Watch & allow approval/denial straight through the Watch notification. Unfortunately, this feature stopped working after a day or two & I was forced to check the actual app on my phone afterwards for each login. Sometimes that wouldn’t work either.
