Sometimes there are fewer cars available during busy hours, but the cars are always clean and the drivers are professional and polite. Whenever I’ve needed help or had a question, I just emailed the team, and they’ve always been super helpful and quick to respond. Highly suggest you never use this app when in a rush. It’s been a couple of times I have used app to go to work I don’t have to call a ride 30mins prior my work but every time this app shows 6mins waiting period the ride shows up 15mins later. I have been late to work consistently due to this, and they wouldn’t even refund me. So I lose money, don’t get good service and lose my dignity at my workplace.
