App was working great. I scanned several months of receipts everything was working great. Went to take pictures of most recent receipts and couldn’t log into app. Requested password change multiple times… nothing. Emailed customer support multiple times…. Nothing. Now I’m looking for another app to start all over again

Great and useful app!
Very useful for keeping track of receipts. I wish there’s a “tag” option so I can search specific keywords and it’ll display receipts that are associated with that “tag”. Thanks.
Please Fix It!
Dear developers please fix the Log In issue; it is a pity to ruin such a nice App for an issue such as the log in:
1. It should not ask to log in each time (if you desire to access it fast);
2. Face recognition does not work;
3. Oftentimes it doesn’t recognized a correct input of user name and/or password.
I’m a pro user so please fix these issues and I give you 5 ⭐️again
