This app is for Event Promoters who use Skiddle to sell tickets for their events. * Quickly and easily scan RapidScan tickets or lookup by customer name. * Instant verification or rejection of tickets. * RapidScan Box Office - sell tickets for your event to walk-up customers, accepting cash, debit/credit card and Apple Pay. * Verify customers who have already purchased online tickets through Skiddle.com or the Skiddle app as they enter your event using your iPhone or iPad. * Keep tickets on sale once your doors open to maximise sales (Wifi/4G/3G connection required). * Filter available tickets to allow different customers to enter at different entrances. * View entry stats showing who's entered and who's yet to attend. * Synchronisation with multiple devices so you can have more than one person working on the door (Wifi/4G/3G connection required). * Data is sent to your Promotion Centre so you can analyse later. Ticket counts still remain in the app - it could just be that you are signed in as an app user without permissions to view them. In our recent update, we updated the app so that the parts you can view/access match the permissions level of your account. These can be set when creating an app user in Promotion Centre (Dashboard -> My app settings -> See app users section). To fix this, please make sure you are signed in as either your main account, or an app user that has 'supervisor' permissions. Hope this resolves your issue.
