They make a big deal about how you don’t need paper tickets so long as you download their app and then it won’t let you log in to it.

We’ve been using this as a quick reference to see what events are performing like without logging in to the website, and since the update all the ticket counts have disappeared on the app. iPhone 13 user.

Sorry to hear you are having problems. Ticket counts still remain in the app - it could just be that you are signed in as an app user without permissions to view them. In our recent update, we updated the app so that the parts you can view/access match the permissions level of your account. These can be set when creating an app user in Promotion Centre (Dashboard -> My app settings -> See app users section).

To fix this, please make sure you are signed in as either your main account, or an app user that has 'supervisor' permissions.

Thanks for showing me how to put the ticket count back on!
