When the app told me there was an update available, it took me to the iTunes store instead of the App Store when I clicked on the update option. Also, it constantly sends push notifications when you’re not even logged in and when the app is not running. That’s problematic. Explore your potential and skills with a different provider / delivery company who will appreciate your hard work and treat you with the respect you deserve. I provided nothing but 5 star service to customers with documentation to prove it. Their “driver support” on the other hand is disgraceful. But what can you expect from a company that uses third world support from outside the US. Lost in translation is just the beginning. Ohhhh and if you’d like to file a formal complaint against one of their agents they will NOT identify themselves so you can contact a supervisor. Not even a first name or agent number! If you fit into their little box and don’t question their cancellation of jobs while in route, loss of income by not being compensated properly for wait time, or do what your told if a delivery goes wrong and don’t ask for proper compensation to drive 35 miles back to the original pick up location while sitting two hours in traffic for $30 bucks, well……this job is for you! When you don’t fit in their little box, their upper management will manufacture “complaints” yet won’t give you any information related to such complaints even after you request it 5 times via email and suspend you for complaining. Even contacted the CEO and Co-Founder Alex Prokhorenko of the company to express how I was being treated by his staff, thinking he might actually care about how his company is being managed, and how they treat drivers, he didn’t seem to care much at all. He seemed more concerned about my bad review/rating of his app / business even after providing him direct documentation and screenshots of his staffs malicious behavior. Consider yourself just an expendable cog in the wheel. ### 1/5 — This is a joke, right? *2022-07-26, version 1.50* Run. Run as fast as you can to the next gig app that will pay you more, treat you better, and not threaten to pull the plug every five seconds. The customer journey is a joke. Support never answers the phone when they mess up and it’s their fault. They didn’t pay me for a few deliveries then blocked from calling and emailing them when I tried to confront them on it. Wasted two hours of my life and 80 miles worth of gas without any compensation. Stay away from this app! By the way you can’t even call the support if you have an issue with a delivery ### 1/5 — Good way to loose more. *2021-11-09, version 1.50* Trip from San Francisco city to Oakland costs $10 paid for the driver and you have to substrate the bridge fee 10 - 6 = 4 So you get only $4 and when you try to go back to the city it’s gonna take you 2 hours. Update. : 11/09/2021: Even if you’re offline you still get notifications. If you choose the 10 miles as a radius you still receive calls from locations that it’s located from your location within 20 miles. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — About the app that decides not to work again *2026-08-14, version 1.71* It is disappointing and disgraceful that this app stop working and you can't even call nor get no one to discuss why the app stop working! You can be on the app and not be able to see the order or you’ll get the notification, but not be able to see the order. also, it’s the first time I’ve had a payment issue where they didn’t pay me on time. Drivers needs to rush to accept the delivery. It always provides which is 20+ miles from your location. It does not even have basic precise location future. I send all my documents and nothing my account never got activated the training I did it online and it kept saying fail failed and failed. I was in the parking lot of the business I reached out to them and got nobody. Rapidus has plenty of deliveries if you live in big cities and not on the beach. Its a good side income and the app works great.
