I just wish I could schedule the pick up. I didnt see the option and there didn’t seem to be a customer service. ### 5/5 — Great service. *2019-04-03, version 1.18* Great service. This is just like Uber with instant tracking on the map and instant alerts. I had an emergency and had to deliver a package 200 miles away and they pulled through. They were also cheaper than Fedex by 40%. It eventually times out and THEN tells me that city/ town is not in service. I drive closer to the location and it’s happening AGAIN. Do yourself a favor and use a reputable courier/ delivery service who treats the foundation of a service such as this, it’s drivers with respect. ### 1/5 — Trash *2021-11-09, version 1.38* They send the same order to everyone and it depends if you’re lucky to get it. 2 miles = $35 20 miles = $18 If you are at Oakland you get a delivery at San Mateo to drop it at San Mateo? In 4 months a got only one delivery. Update 11/09/2022 Trip from San Francisco city to Oakland costs $10 paid for the driver and you have to substrat the bridge fee 10 - 6 = 4 So you get only $4 and when you try to go back to the city it’s gonna take you 2 hours. Update. Even if you’re offline you still get notifications. If you choose the 10 miles as a radius you still receive calls from locations that it’s located from your location within 20 miles. ### 1/5 — Rapidus treats employees horribly *2021-03-05, version 1.38* Working for this company has been the worst decision. However, the actual communication and execution are horrible. My delivery was canceled the day of the pick up with no communication of any kind. The courier never showed up, so when I went to the app and clicked on the delivery details, there was a message saying “delivery canceled.” No email. No text. No phone call. I had a gift for a friend, but didn’t want to intrude on them by delivering it myself. I discovered this service at the App Store. A seamless experience from start to finish. ### 1/5 — The CONCEPT is good, but that’s all *2018-08-23, version 1.9* Downloaded Rapidus for the first time today as I needed a courier service in Los Angeles to deliver an important package.. the concept of this app is great, sort of like an uber but for deliveries. I needed my package to arrive at a certain time, and well it barely made it. I ordered the courier at noon, needed it delivered by 4pm in the area, it took 30min for a driver to accept my courier request after 30min the driver then calls me and says he’s going to pass my request to another driver because he is too far from me (then why did you accept it) then he calls me and tells me the other driver is outside, which I felt kind of sketch about because I didn’t have the other drivers info. Then I go outside (no driver in sight) he calls me again and says nevermind I’m going for your package. I paid for express service with no additional stops. He takes another 40min to come pick up. Once he is “here” he says he’s a block and a half down the street, I said is that what the address said on he app? He said “no I just ended up here” so I walk one block down the street to deliver to him, he takes it. Makes a few stops at un names locations along the way which he wasn’t suppose to, takes triple the time it should have to the destination, and finally drops my package off at exactly 4pm. Needless to say I will never use this app again. Apparently they are short on drivers and I’m not sure they really check who they are hiring and their work ethics.. I don’t recommend! Maybe your package will get there, maybe it won’t.. ### 3/5 — Service great, App not so much *2022-01-03, version 1.38* I love the Rapidus service! But this app… it logs me out repeatedly throughout the day. SO inconvenient! It also has way less functionality than the web interface, which s disappointing. I requested a pickup at 9 PM and the driver was assigned / on route within 5 minutes, came on time and delivered my package within the hour. I’m absolutely amazed! I’m no longer using mail services for local delivery. The driver went above and beyond his duty he did not stress about it he made adjustments and delivered it as soon as the person returned. Unfortunately, the recipient was rude, and I am so sorry that the courier had to experience that from the recipient of the package.
