Horrible. Customer service is useless. Delivery guys often idle for hours without delivering order. Credit card is often rejected for no reason just because. Don't recommend it at all. Always go with Didi it's not much better but still better.

Desde que actualizaron para que un domi lleve varios pedidos el servicio que ofrece la app ha disminuido considerablemente. La sigo usando porque no hay alternativas sin embargo me parece una falta de respeto con los usuarios que hayan pedidos que se demoren más de 2 horas en llegar y la comida llega fría. También pedí un helado a que día y me llegó derretido porque el primer domi canceló y el segundo domi fue a entregar otros pedidos primero.

C’est la pire application que je connaisse. Premièrement le design est horrible, on comprend rien, on voit pas bien les produits, on mets du temps à trouver le bon produit. Et le
Pire de tout c’est que j’ai commandé trois fois avec Rappi, et trois fois ils me disent une heure d’attente, puis finalement une heure de plus. Sauf que j’ai déjà payé et je ne peux pas annuler ma
Commande. La touche “aide” ne fonctionne pas, et ils ne proposent pas d’annuler la commande. On se sent bloqué, piégé, et obligés d’attendre une livraison qui ne va jamais arriver. Une escroquerie. Je veux d’ailleurs porter plainte car ce n’est pas la première fois. Je fous un remboursement total de leur part. Plus jamais, et je vais que mal parler d’eux car ce sont des voleurs
