## What is Rapport AI?

Turn spoken or typed field notes into a clear work report with Rapport AI, built for tradespeople, field technicians and service teams.

DOCUMENT YOUR WORK
• Capture notes by voice or keyboard
• Review and edit AI-written report text
• Record the customer, job site, trade and equipment
• Enter labor minutes, material quantities and measurements with explicit units
• Reuse your own templates with blank quantities and durations
• Save reports locally and share an A4 PDF with a report number

WORK ITEMS AND SAVED REVISIONS
Save the entered report as a fixed local revision. A local acknowledgement belongs to that exact revision; later changes do not inherit it. Original notes and earlier revisions remain in history and export. An acknowledgement is a local name entry, not a digital signature, verified identity or legal acceptance.

LOCAL WORKFLOW
Work items, local revision history and PDF export are available without buying Pro. Only when you actively use AI generation is the entered report content sent to our protected service. Structured quantities and measurements are entered by you. Check all facts and report text before sharing.

RAPPORT AI PRO
Pro expands AI generation to unlimited AI reports. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel through your Apple account.
