Mit der neuen Zusatzfunktion, dass man den Attack AngleSieht ist ein absoluter Flop. Nach mehrmaligen Schreiben mit dem Entwicklungsteam und auch der Plan ist überhaupt nichts passiert. Einfach 200 € gezahlt für keine weiteren Features keine Weiterentwicklung. Now it crashes, glitches, doesn’t read shots and rarely gives club data. The app on my phone also stops syncing with the cloud every couple of weeks. I then have to uninstall and reinstall it. I couldn’t go a whole round without it crashing like 5 times and I was ok with that, but then it took a turn for the worst and now it’s crashing all the time and works once out of every 5 swings. I am returning it and will save up for a good sim. Don’t spend the money. The app hasn’t worked on my iPad for over two months now. I have most certainly notified, communicated and even sent the nastiest email of 2026 from me to them. Frustrating. I can’t recommend spending 700 on a rapsodo check the alternatives ### 1/5 — Worst launch monitor. *2026-06-30, version 2.25.3* $700 is a lie. With all the subscriptions, for 2 years, it’ll be $1,000. GSPRO? $1,250. 2 years of both? $1,500. Tracks horribly indoors. Would not get if trying to build a sim. Can’t even resell it on facebook marketplace with the subscription because of how bad it is. Only thing i would recommend it for is if you plan to use it for the range and want to see only 6 club metrics because you have to pay $200 just to see your club data for a year. Why does the app get stuck on my score when playing a course? Why is resuming a session so difficult? Why is the app so slow? Why can’t I see some of the buttons in landscape mode? ### 3/5 — Device Great! App Sucks! *2026-06-21, version 2.25.3* I have both the MLM and the MLM2Pro. I think both devices work great but the app needs a lot of improvement. Each time there is a new app release, I cross my fingers hoping it will be a lot better. It is not. One update which was 2 updates ago actually went backwards in usability. Had to turn the device landscape to be able to change clubs in practice mode. The last update fixed that. Deleting old sessions is a nightmare. It is a storage hog. It is currently using 164 GB of my iPad and to delete them you have to swipe left one at a time, hit delete and wait 30 to 45 seconds for it to actually remove. Sometimes the app just crashes for no reason. Deleting sessions. Sometimes it crashes in the middle of a session. I have tried a bunch of different iPads and iPhones and always the same thing. I was hoping the last mandatory update to the app was going to be legendary, but to no surprise, it didn’t change much. Like I said, great device for a great price but the app seems like it was developed by a third party that has never actually used the equipment. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — App Fails to Launch Past Loading Screen *2026-08-13, version 2.25.3* I had MLM1 and upgraded to MLM2Pro. I was excited to test it at the range today. So I unboxed the device and added the app to my iPad. Drag everything out to the range only to fail to launch beyond the loading page. AI troubleshooting says, “force close app.” Didn’t work. “Try airplane mode on and off.” Didn’t work. Delete the app and reinstall. Great. There’s no WiFi at the range. Entire range session wasted. ### 1/5 — Garbage *2026-08-09, version 2.25.3* After multiple failed attempts to pair with the device when I got it it finally paired and said it needed to update the firmware of the device. Now it won’t work at all, refuses to connect to the app, sometimes won’t even enter pairing mode. Soooo bad. I am selling my mlm2pro. Sad ### 1/5 — Buyers Beware! *2026-07-17, version 2.25.3* I bought this set up after extensive research online. I did read some reviews highlighting connectivity issues, but I figured they were minor, and for the price it would be tolerable. I guess the reality of marketing and paid for reviews makes it difficult for the consumer to truly understand what they are buying. At the beginning, the Rapsodo worked with the occasional glitch or disconnection. Towards the end of 2025, glitches became more common with camera issues, alignment issues, freezing and disconnection. I addressed this matter with customer service and the responses were “update the app”, “update the software”… I cannot count how many times I have been through this process now. I am a fair person so I wanted to give Rapsodo a chance to fix the issue, or provide me with some options to remedy the situation, before I go ahead and post a review. The latest option was to join an app testing forum which is not what I want to spend my time doing. So, here I am writing a review. For me, I have had an awful experience with the Rapsodo and it doesn’t work. Right now I can’t even connect the system so it is just sitting in a drawer and I am out of pocket on the unit and subscription. I guess some people are lucky or some units work better than others, but considering the request to join a testing forum and the amount of time it takes customer service to respond, I believe the issues with the system are significant and growing. ### 1/5 — Great if you love long load times and connectivity problems *2026-07-16, version 2.25.3* Really kills your motivation to improve when you’re battling for 20-30mins looking a dots dancing whilst you try to load and connect. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2026-07-15, version 2.25.3* Worst app ever. First couldn’t even get the registration done. Now I’m just stuck trying to get a firmware update down. Have no idea how good the hardware is but the software is absolute complete garbage and a GIANT waste of time and money. Support takes weeks to respond and sends canned response and the cycle starts over. Cannot recommend. Setup is simple, the shot data is detailed, and being able to review numbers like carry distance, ball speed, club speed, spin, and dispersion makes practice sessions much more productive. The video replay and impact vision features are especially useful for actually seeing what’s happening with each swing. There are a few areas where the app could be smoother and more polished, but overall it adds a ton of value to the MLM2PRO. I really like that it saves my data across devices, so I can record sessions and go back days later to review everything. It saves both the shot data and video recordings from each swing, which makes it easy to look back, see what I was doing, and understand what corrections I need to make. The only thing I wish it had was an option to save a specific video after each shot — especially for those really good ones. Lol. ### 5/5 — Love it!
